Resources

I believe Postpartum Care is slowly making it’s way into the spotlight, as more of the world realises how our Mothers are being let down, however there is a long long way to go and for many, the idea of a Postpartum Care Plan or support is still rather mysterious.

Here I plan to keep adding to a list of resources that I’ve come across and enjoyed, which may help to demystify the realm of Postpartum Care Practitioners/Doulas. They may also just be interesting topics of general mothering wisdom.

I’ve also included links to where I completed my Postpartum Care trainings. If this is something you are interested in, I’m more than happy to chat about my experiences and help with any questions so just sing out.
